Completed in 1960, this multi-purpose event space served as a gathering place and performance venue for students of Beidou Junior High School (彰化縣立北斗國民中學). It also opened to the regular public on occasion, hosting weddings, graduations, political rallies, and other events. Officially registered as a heritage site in 2008.
