A simple apartment building for teachers at the nearby high school. It was completed in 1978 and has been idle for many years since it was designated a heritage property in 2015. The name White Horse Villa (白馬莊) comes from local legends related to the bronze horse in the entrance to the high school. As of 2024 it is still awaiting restoration and the site is not open to public visitation.
