A red brick customs office in Anping next to the Tainan Canal (臺南運河) where cargo was inspected until the main branch office moved upstream to the Tainan Canal Customs House in 1926. Customs work continued here after the war until 1978, when the office relocated and left the building idle. Designated a municipal monument in 2003, it reopened in 2005 as a canal museum (運河博物館) and now operates as Riverbank Café (河岸咖啡).
