Residence of the former mayor of Yuanlin in Japanese times. Also known simply as the Zhang Family Mansion (張氏洋樓), or sometimes more formally as the Yuanlin District Leader Zhang Qinghui Residence (員林街長張清華宅邸). Completed around 1939.
