A historic rice mill completed in 1932 in what is now the Fugang (富岡) area of Yangmei, Taoyuan. It is also known locally as Li Zhenshu Rice Mill (李珍樹碾米廠) after the name of its original operator. The opening of nearby Fugang Station turned the area into a rice collection hub for Yangmei, Xinwu, and Guanyin, with as many as 21 granaries and six rice mills operating here at the peak. Yongchang is the sole surviving example in original form, built of red brick and tile with bamboo partitions. In 1945 US bombers mistook the tall brick tower of the mill for a military target and strafed it, leaving bullet holes in the roof that are still visible today. It is currently abandoned and slowly succumbing to the elements.
