A former vacation home complex perched on a hillside overlooking Emerald Bay (翡翠灣) in Wanli, New Taipei. It was allegedly built around 1984. As with many other developments in this area it was abandoned decades ago and left to the elements. Even so, units are occasionally auctioned off at fire sale prices, often without attracting any interest. In the urban exploration community it is also known more generally as Wanli Castle Ruins (萬里城堡屋廢墟).
