Established in 1916, this industrial complex produced beer, wine, and spirits until 1998. After the factory was relocated to a more modern facility the grounds were recognized for their heritage value and more than a dozen buildings were preserved. Now operating as Taichung Cultural Heritage Park (文化部文化資產園區).
