Shared ancestral shrine of the Lin families of central Taiwan, successor to a Qing dynasty era hall at Neixin Village in present-day Dali. Several branches, among them the Wufeng Lin family under Lin Xiantang (林獻堂), pooled funds to rebuild on this site from 1919 to its completion in 1930. The Zhangzhou master carpenter Chen Yingbin (陳應彬) directed the woodwork, with painting by Guo Xinlin (郭新林) and joinery by Huang Guili (黃龜理); among the surviving furnishings is a plaque presented in 1921 by Governor-General Den Kenjirō (田健治郎).
