A huge cineplex established in what was known as First Square (第一廣場) in 1990. It became a second-run theater in 2000 and eventually closed in 2010. Almost certainly renovated into some other business as the building is still in use as ASEAN Square. It may have also been known simply as Yiguang Theater (一廣戲院). On-site inspection in 2025 did not reveal any evidence of the theater’s existence.
