An army camp on the eastern side of Highway 165 at Zhongzhuang (中庄) in Shuishang, Chiayi, quartering one of the combat groups of the mechanized 109th Division. It faced the still active west camp across the road, and was abandoned sometime after 2010. The site is under redevelopment as of 2026 and nothing of the camp remains except the perimeter walls.
