Established in 1962 with funding from Soong Mei-ling’s National Women’s League (婦女聯合會). It was constructed in several stages, eventually totalling 310 households, which includes Dapeng No. 4 Village (大鵬四村) and Dapeng No. 6 Village (大鵬六村). It was completely rebuilt in the 1990s and later demolished in the early 2010s.
