Established in 1918 in Shilin, Taipei, as one of the earliest mechanized paper mills in Taiwan. It is recognized for its heritage value but hasn’t yet been redeveloped and opened to the public as of 2025. Parts of the complex are in ruin, several old warehouses have been demolished and converted into parking lots, and other structures remain mostly intact and awaiting restoration efforts. A section of wall along Fude Road (福德路) on the north side of the complex was built with stone from the old city walls.
