A temple in the hills of Shiding dedicated to Wulu Caishen (五路財神), the five gods of wealth, along with Huye (虎爺), the Tiger God. The founder, Daoist priest Xu Zhaonan (許昭男), attributes the temple to a dream in 1991 that eventually led him to Xianfeng Temple (仙峰寺) on Mount Emei in Sichuan, from which he brought back an image of Xuantan Zhenjun (玄壇真君) with a gilded face rather than the black-faced form common in Taiwan. Originally housed in a metal-clad building in Banqiao, the temple moved here after a devotee donated land next to Shiding Guniang Temple. It lends visitors NT 20 in “lucky money” in the manner of its neighbouring shrine.
