A striking corner building originally constructed in 1930 for the Fanshuoliao Credit Union (蕃薯藔信用組合), founded in 1914. The entrance is set at an angle to the intersection, flanked by square columns with horizontal grooves. A third floor was added in 1959 as the organization expanded alongside Qishan’s booming banana industry. The credit union also briefly operated the local waterworks (1925–1929) before selling the system to the township. Designated a municipal monument in 1998.
