Completed in 1934, this Japanese colonial era martial arts hall survived the war but was destroyed in a fire in 1994. Local government rebuilt the hall in 2000 but the restoration was not done in an authentic manner, stoking controversy. A second round of restoration was completed in 2014, bringing it closer to its original appearance, but it has not been designated a historic building.
