An institutional shrine (構內社) established in October 1922 dedicated to water deities and likely built along with water management infrastructure in the area. It was seemingly decommissioned when the official Qishan Shinto shrine was built. The site is now part of Pirate Ship Park (海盜船公園) and no relics are known to remains. Also known as Suiten-sha (水天社) in the original Japanese.
