Completed in 1966 by banana tycoon Wu Zhenrui (吳振瑞) and designed by architect Li Wanghui (李旺輝). The ground floor was used as a banana warehouse while the upper levels were offices. It was located just behind the railway station to provide easy access to transportation. It was also designed with a helipad on the rooftop. Despite a campaign to recognize the building for its heritage value it was demolished in 2021.
