An expansive hotel and resort complex on a hillside overlooking Shimen Dam. It was built in 1987, near the tail end of the tourism boom in the area, and struggled through corruption and mismanagement throughout the 1990s before it finally closed forever. Now one of several abandoned hotels in the area.
