Completed in 1970, this theater had a short run until the early 1980s, when it ceased operations. Now it is just a warehouse full of scrap metal and other junk. The design is identical to that of Huazhou Theater in Nanxi. The projectors have been relocated to a nearby resort hotel (松柏林民宿渡假山莊).
