Keelung Martyrs’ Tomb (基隆民族英雄墓) - Spectral Codex

A contentious monument to the fallen heroes of the Sino-French War. It was originally built during the Japanese colonial era but later removed by the authorities. The KMT found it useful to re-establish a connection with the Qing dynasty and rebuilt it in the 1950s.
