This high-rise entertainment complex was completed in 1979, with Beimei Theater located on the third and fourth floors. There were two halls; dragon and phoenix, each with a capacity of 400. It operated until 1996, for many years the last vintage theater operating in Hukou. The exterior is now redeveloped for other uses, with not much to see, but it seems likely the theater itself is still intact, hidden within the building core and off-limits to would-be interlopers.
