A two-storey reinforced concrete building completed in 1935 for the 40th Anniversary Taiwan Exposition (始政四十周年記念臺灣博覽會), originally housing public bathing facilities and a local products showroom on the ground floor. In 1952 the navy transferred the building to the presidential office as a southern retreat for Chiang Kai-shek, after which it became known as the Sizihwan Guesthouse (西子灣行館). It fell idle after the 1958 Taiwan Strait Crisis when CKS relocated to Chengcing Lake (澄清湖). The building passed to National Sun Yat-sen University (國立中山大學) in 1980 and served as an art gallery for decades. Designated a municipal monument in 2004, it was restored to its Japanese colonial era appearance in 2024 and reopened as 360 Art Space (三六○藝文空間).
