A military dependents’ village built in 1964 in Fengshan, mainly housing Marine Corps officers and their families. It was a very large settlement with approximately 950 households. Together with neighbouring Juguang No. 3 Village (莒光三村) and Cihui New Village (慈暉新村) it was designated part of a national military village cultural park in 2012, but this conservation plan was reversed within a few years and the entire cluster was demolished around 2015–2016 to make way for the relocation of the Fengshan Common Market (鳳山共同市場). The site sits empty as of the mid-2020s.
