A shrine to Cao Jin (曹謹), magistrate of Fengshan County during the Qing dynasty era, in Fengshan, Kaohsiung. It was originally established on the next to Fongyi Academy in 1860 but during the Japanese colonial period it was relocated to its present site. While the current structure is a modern reconstruction it preserves several historic relics inside and around the shrine.
