Erlin Yuancheng Farm Dormitories (三五公司源成農場職員宿舍) - Spectral Codex
三五公司源成農場職員宿舍

Staff dormitories for Yuancheng Farm (源成農場), established in 1909 by the Sanwu Company (三五公司) under Aikuzawa Naoya (愛久澤直哉). The farm brought Japanese settlers from Gifu, Kumamoto, and Niigata to cultivate the land, later building a sugar factory that operated from 1932 until the farm’s closure in 1944. At least one dormitory remains standing as of the mid-2020s but it’s in very rough condition.
