A public hall built around 1922 in Dongshi, Taichung, on a site occupied by a mass grave whose remains were removed to what is now Liaoxia Wanshan Temple. Nothing of the hall survives; the site is now occupied by the Taichung Senior Citizens Welfare Service Center (台中市立老人福利服務中心).
