A courtyard residence in the Sannaitan (三奶壇) area of Dashe, built around 1803 by the Wu family and also known by its hall name, Pingyang Hall (平陽堂). It is the largest courtyard house in Dashe, three halls deep with two pairs of side wings and three nearly identical gatehouses. An unusual flourish are the walls of the front hall, laid in pentagonal and hexagonal stones, a technique possibly of Zhangzhou origin. The rear hall is dedicated to Guanyin.
