A boat tunnel at Wusha (午沙) in Beigan, Matsu, completed by the army in 1971 under the Beihai (北海) project that also produced the tunnels on Nangan and Dongyin. About 550 meters long, it was refurbished for visitors after the Matsu National Scenic Area (馬祖國家風景區) took it over in 2000, but a rockfall at the entrance closed it in 2016, and since reopening in 2025 only the first 50 meters can be entered.
