A boat tunnel on the west side of Yanxiu Bay (燕秀澳) in Dongyin, Matsu, originally named Qianlong Tunnel (潛龍坑道). It was dug by army engineers in 1969–1970 under the Beihai (北海) project alongside the tunnels on Nangan and Beigan. A typhoon soon after its completion sank the transport Tiexue (鐵血號) and wrecked most of its gate, and in 1972 the army sealed an entrance and abandoned the work. It was open to visitors from 2001 to 2008, and since 2018 has served as a lobster breeding site run by the county with National Taiwan Ocean University.
