An ROCAF military dependents’ village of brick and tile built in 1968 on Xinsheng Road (新生路) in Zhongli for about 23 households of the 5th Base Service Group. It faced Chenwu Pond (陳屋公埤) across the road, with rice paddies behind that have since given way to the Zhongli funeral complex. Demolished sometime prior to the mid-2000s, its residents were rehoused in Zili Jingzhong No. 6 Village (自立精忠六村).
