Originally established in 1835 as an ossuary for unidentified remains. It was renovated around 1933, giving the structure a distinctly Japanese colonial era appearance. Located along one side of Zhongzheng Park (中正公園), although the far side of the structure is also accessible from a parking lot on the laneway around back. Also known as Wanshan Hall (萬善堂).
