Residence of the former mayor of Yuanlin in Japanese times. Also known simply as the Chang Family Mansion (張氏洋樓), or sometimes more formally as the Yuanlin District Leader Chang Ching-hua Residence (員林街長張清華宅邸). Completed around 1939.
