A popular music venue on Piers 11 to 15 of Kaohsiung harbour, straddling the mouth of the Love River (愛河) between Yancheng and Lingya, Kaohsiung. First proposed in 2003 under the New Ten Major Construction Projects (新十大建設), it moved to its present site in 2009 and was designed by Spanish architect Manuel Alvarez Monteserin Lahoz, winner of an international competition in 2011. The complex opened in 2021 with a large indoor concert hall, six small live venues along the pier, and a commercial block, linked by a footbridge across the river mouth.
