Xiushui Qinglong Temple (秀水清龍岩) - Spectral Codex

A temple to Qingshui Zushi (清水祖師) in Xiushui, Changhua. It was first established as a temple in 1935 and rebuilt into its present form between 1987 and 1995. The temple’s most significant possession is a finely carved camphor-wood spirit palanquin donated around 1840 by Liang Jishi (梁濟時), a Daoguang era juren or provincial graduate from a prominent local family. The palanquin is shared with Fuxing Qingxiu Temple (福興清修岩) on a rotating basis as part of a long-running joint procession tradition between the two temples, and was designated a recognized antiquity in 2024.
