A small temple to Qingshui Zushi (清水祖師) in Waizhong Village (外中村), Fuxing. It is paired with Xiushui Qinglong Temple in a long-running joint procession tradition; the two temples take turns hosting a Daoguang era spirit palanquin designated as a recognized antiquity in 2024.
