Built in 1968, this old theater occupies the upper floors of a mixed-use building with a traditional market at ground level. It suffered a fire in the 1980s but was renovated into a second-run theater with twin halls and a total capacity of 800. Closed around 2012, abandoned since then, and occasionally open to the public for special events.
