A former Chiang Kai-shek guesthouse on the grounds of the Institute of Revolutionary Practice (革命實踐研究院) in Muzha. After the KMT sold off the institute’s land along Muzha Road Section 1 (木柵路一段), the guesthouse was demolished. The site is now part of Muzha Park (木柵公園).
