Originally established by the owner of Jingmei Theater as early as 1951 with the name Xiandu Theater (仙都戲院). Renamed Qiaoxing Theater in 1973, apparently due to a change in ownership. One of many theaters managed by Huang Bingxi (黃炳熙) for some period of time. Eventually became a second-run theater with four halls operating until around 2007. Finally demolished around 2016 and replaced with a high-rise.
