Located in the Caiqun Commercial Building (才群商業大樓) at the tail end of the Ximending commercial area, next to what is now Taipei Cinema Park. It opened in 1991 just as the district was beginning to decline. Despite Ximending’s revival after the MRT opened, aging equipment and competition from chains like Vieshow led to closure in 2005. After a brief run as Caesar Digital Cinema (凱薩數位影城) the building became the headquarters of Syscom Computer (凌群電腦).
