Not much remains of the former Shinto shrine in the Indigenous community of Katratripulr except for a stone lantern base. The shrine was built in February 1930, as with most others in the area, and has long since been replaced by Zhiben Daitian Temple (知本代天府). The Japanese reading of Zhiben is derived from Ti-pún, a Taiwanese Minnan interpretation of the trailing syllables of Katratripulr.
