A traditional courtyard residence built during the Japanese colonial period. Notable for its six-pillar gate entrance and fish-scale tile walls on the protective wings. Former residents include Taiwan Communist Party leader Xie Xuehong (謝雪紅) and Cloud Gate Dance Theatre founder Lin Huaimin (林懷民).
