A small ROCAF village of 46 households built in 1950 along Shuangshi Road Sec. 2 Lane 38 (雙十路二段38巷) in North District, Taichung. It housed staff of the Air Force Engine Manufacturing Factory (空軍發動機製造廠) and several allied industrial and technical bureaus. The original dwellings were two-room structures with bamboo-frame walls under tile roofs, progressively rebuilt in brick by residents from 1962. All units stood along a single lane. After housing reforms residents were rehoused at Luguang No. 7 Village (陸光七村). Depopulated by the mid-2000s, the village was mostly demolished by the early 2010s.
