A striking commercial building on Taiwan Boulevard (台灣大道) in Taichung. It has the appearance of a Japanese colonial era building but was completed in 1952. The bank relocated to a newer office in 1990 and it has since been rented out to a variety of businesses, most recently the Poya (寶雅) brand of cosmetics stores. It has been extensively modified from its original appearance.
