A golden age theater with a capacity of 500 established in 1959. It was a venue for traditional opera and performance as well for screening films. After the theater shut down it continued to host opera and other performances on a permanent stage built in the courtyard out front. In the late 1990s or early 2000s it was converted into a factory. Also known as Xizhoudi Theater (溪洲底戲院) for the name of the surrounding community.
