Established in 1970 by the Xingfu Cement Company (幸福水泥). It later became the largest second-run theater in Sanchong. It was one of many theaters managed by Huang Bingxi (黃炳熙) for a time. Went out of business in June 2018 but it is still standing as of 2024.
