Yingge Old Bell Tower (鶯歌古鐘樓) - Spectral Codex

A bell tower was constructed on this hilltop on the south side of Yingge in the Japanese colonial period to watch for fires and call for the authorities in the event of emergencies. It was constructed out of red brick and survived into the 1990s, but partly collapsed in the 921 Earthquake, and nowadays only the foundation remains. It gives its name to the surrounding Yingge Old Bell Tower Park (鶯歌古鐘樓公園).
