A remote military village on the outskirts of Qiaotou likely built in the late 1970s or early 1980s for single veterans, some of whom later married. The community is poorly maintained and the population is aging out, leaving several abandoned apartment blocks on site. It is situated on land that was once home to an air surveillance post (對空監視所) in the late Japanese colonial era.
