An obscure rural residence built with vintage majolica tiles (花磚) and TR bricks. It is associated with the former Lishui Farm (李水農場), at one point the largest pig farm in Taiwan. The most iconic part of the building bears the inscription Eagle Treasure Tower (鷹寶樓). It has been abandoned for decades.
