An irrigation water diversion tunnel outlet completed in 1938. It channels water from further upstream along Ailiao River (隘寮溪) into a network of canals that crisscross the plains of Pingtung County and ultimately merge with Tamsui River (淡水溪). It is still in active use and the site has been developed into a small park.
