A monument at Guchuan Bridge Lookout (谷川大橋觀景臺) in Wutai, Pingtung, honouring Chang Shun-fa (張順發), Wang Tsung-li (王宗立), and Huang Mei-chih (黃鎂智), the crew of a National Airborne Service Corps (空中勤務總隊) helicopter that crashed on August 11th, 2009, while flying supplies to the Rukai village of Ila (伊拉部落) in the aftermath of Typhoon Morakot. Wutai residents proposed the memorial, which stands across the valley from the crash site.
